Turmeric Powder – Instructions for Use

Modern research suggests that Turmeric has natural properties to make the body naturally immune to several ailments, by boosting the activity of antibodies which fight against several diseases causing pathogens.

Mix your Turmerix with a liquid or food of your choice. You can add it to fruit juice, coconut water, milk, yoghurt, smoothies or whatever liquid or food you prefer. Listed here are various dosages to help you understand how much Turmeric you should take daily?


For people with digestive issues e.g. Stomach or bowel problem, sensitive tummy or suffer from indigestion. 

Take ¼ to ½ a metric teaspoon of Turmerix in the morning with breakfast or preferably in a non-dairy yoghurt (Yoghurt is a digestive protector). Continue this for the first 2 – 3 days. Increase to taking a set ½ metric teaspoon in the morning and night until you experience positive results. 1 metric teaspoon per day is what we call the Maintenance Dose (maintaining good digestive health. If at any time, you have an adverse stomach or bowel reaction then simply reduce the amount and start slowly again).


To maintain good digestive health and to relieve inflammation. 

1 metric teaspoon of Turmerix per day mixed with your favourite liquid or food (choose from the above examples at the top of the page).


Take 1 metric teaspoon both morning and night until you experience results (This can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks). Once you start to feel better, and your pain and discomfort significantly reduced or relieved, then return to the Maintenance Dose of just 1 metric teaspoon a day. Any day you feel not quite right then you can always take an extra dose.
