Delivery Policy

Physical Goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our shipping partner. Same day dispatch of order is received before midday and within 5 to 7 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Return Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email to [email protected] to request a refund and attach any supporting information to help your case.

  3. A refund or replacement product will be organised once product is returned.
